Iconography

Check out our Iconography updates and the series of Iconography talks given by Fr. Teodor Petrutiu and Fr. Mark Sietsema following the 2022 and 2023 Lenten Pre-Sanctified Liturgies below!

We have exciting news!

Our Iconographers, Maria Sigala-Spanopoulos and Nikolas Spanopoulos will be coming to St Cons during the month of August to install the Iconography in the Altar areas, including: the Hierarchs (lower register), the Divine Liturgy of the 12 Apostles (middle register), the Platytera, Prothesis (Nativity of the Lord) left, Prothesis (Nymfios) right, and the Annunciation (above the Altar).

During the time that the work is being completed in the Altar, we will continue to hold services in the church. When needed, the Altar table will be moved out onto the solea. Families that have sponsored any of these icons should have paid their sponsorship amount in full no later than July 15th.  Altar icon sponsors please contact the church office to confirm your preferred inscription (In memory of…, In honor of…, or Donated by….)
